(1) Street G 7400 and G 7430
Street G 7400: east of G 7430.
A few men are at work clearing out the exterior chapel of G 7430 (Minkcaf [Minkhaf]) and the street immediately in front of this mastaba.

(2) Street G 7500
Street G 7500: opposite south end of G 7510.
Here the men are clearing the street quite up to the Line VII and the end of the mastaba face. Nearly opposite the latter place there has been found the back of a small stone mastaba, not yet clear.

(3) Avenue G 2 east
The work has now turned back along Line VII and is clearing along a front of about 5 meters proceeding eastwards to about 8 meters from the face of G 7430. No special developments to report.

(4) G 7430
In the interior chapel of G 7430 the men are now engaged in clearing out pit A which has immediately opposite door on east. From a depth of 320 cm (about) robbers' debris is being brought up.

Greenlees went up to Cairo with Reis Mahmud and sent off the coffin to Melbourne.

Reis Mahmud again went up to Cairo, had the twenty boxes of photographic plates sealed at Museum and forwarded by train to Alexandria for Boston.
