G 2371, mud brick mastaba cut into G 2370
G 2372, stone mastaba built against G 2371 (perhaps its casing

G 2373, stone mastaba over-built by G 2370

Plunderers hunting the statue chamber have dug down at G 2371 B, C, to roof of burial chamber of C, and torn up the roof. B is under the cross wall of rubble.
At [*] between G 2372 and G 2373 in the debris under a floor of G 2370 the head of a black granite statuette [12-11-27] (beautiful work). This has been made into a hammer anciently, and broken [ILLUSTRATION]. Hollow made to tie to haft.

In pit G 2370 A were found
a number of red-polished potsherds, [ILLUSTRATION]
a diorite bowl [12-11-32],
an alabaster jar (small) [12-11-28] [ILLUSTRATION],
five narrow bronze or copper chisels, with several other twisted copper fragments, a lot of oxidized lumps of copper [12-11-30],
lower part of [ILLUSTRATION] a wooden statuette [12-11-31],
other fragments of a wooden coffin,
and a small pot of brown ware [12-11-29] (wheel-
